Buen Día

Buen Día Familia!

This week was super good!! We had transfers this week so that was pretty crazy. We had 7 missionaries go home this week and we got 12 so we are growing still! That is jone of my favorite things is to see and hear the testimonies of the fieles as they leave and see how much they have grown and then see the newbies with their huge desire to learn and grown and be the best missionaries that they can be! It is incredible to see this every few weeks! I love it!

Also THE MELO FAMILY GOT MARRIED!!!!! Unfortunately his job gave him ten days of payed vacation and so they left on friday and werent able to get baptized, but they said when they get back they are going to do it! I am so happy for them :) I just hope they will keep reading and praying while they are on vacation so that they can keep that desire to get baptized!

This week it is off to Bariloche to prepare for Elder Teixeira who is coming to have a council with us on Friday!! I am super excited! :) Its gonna be a great week! hope you all are well and have a great week!!

Love,
Elder Stuart

Transfers!

Buen Dia!

Well today is my pday because we have transfers this next week! So yeah, thats fun. Im staying here again so here we go, transfer 5 in Limay! Things are going great. We had a super crazy week trying to finish all the transfers and get everything set up for next week! Things shouldnt be too crazy this next week because we only have 12 new missionaries coming in, so a little less crazy than the 29 from last time! haha! The family Melo is doing well! They are preparing for their wedding the 9th and baptism the 11th! so we are stoked for that! also the week after that Elder Teixeira (President of the Area) is coimng to our mission!! SO that is going to be super awesome! Im super excited to see what he brings for us. Things are going great! i love you all. Sorry i dont write a lot, but things are great! Just getting down to work. Love you all! Have a great week!

Sup Fam!

Sup Fam!

This week was great! We saw the hand of the Lord in our life a lot this week.

First off it was super sad because Elder LeBaron went home this week. Im gonna miss that guy. We had a great time working together and this week we saw the fruits of that work! My new comp is Elder Ortiz! He is super dope and im super excited to see what is going to happen. This week we had 7 investigators come to church, which is a miracle here! We had the Melo family, the Infante family, and then a girl named Carina. It was amazing to see that the Lord blessed us in such a great way after the trial of our faith. 1 Nefi 2:15!! most of you are probably wondering why that scripture. But just look it up and figure out why its a trial of our faith :) I know that as we leave everything behind and we do all we can to serve the Lord he will bless us continually and lead us to the promised land and the blessings that he has prepared for us! I know that this is the work of the Lord and that He lives today and is guiding His one and only true church.  Please pray for our investiagtors so that they can get baptized soon and for our mission to keep progressing! Love you all!

-Elder Stuart

(oh yeah, and the changes in missionary work! it isnt too diferent from what we were doing here before, the biggest change really is that we do daily planning in the morning in stead of the night, and we only have four key indicators instead of 9! pretty interesting! If you have questions just ask. the training was amazing!)

When I asked about what the Key Indicators were, this was Elder Stuart's response:
We used to keep track of lessons taught, lessons with member, referecnces and all that. but now it is just Baptisms, people at church, baptismal dates, and new investigatores. It all has the final goal of baptizing. it is awesome! (does that make sense?) and we still get up at 6:30, get back home at 9, and to bed at 10:30.
