Return to Chos Malal!
This week was great!!!! This week we got to go with President while he went to do interviews and we did training with the missionaries that were waiting for their interviews. We went up to the north this time to Rincón, Cultural Co, and CHOS MALAL!!! First off it was so much fun to be able to help the missionaries a little bit. We talked a lot about the importance of talking with everyone, and how God was always preparing people for us to talk with but it takes our effort first to be able to find those miracles that he has prepared for us. We talked about how we cant be afraid to talk about the gospel, because we have the authority to do so, and this is their salvation we are talking about! It went really well.
Then it was also amazing to be back in Chos malal and see all the people that i love. It was amazing to see that even though six months have passed, the people there still are going strong and progressing in the gospel every day. It was great to be able to be there again and go to the homes of people that i met and have the opportunity to be able to testify of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to them one more time. I love being a missionary, especially at this time, because i have that opportunity to be able to go to so many different places and testify of our savior. It is the most gratifying feeling.
On the funny(kinda sad actually) note, we saw a dead armadillo in the route when we were on our way home, so that was pretty cool to see!
Love you all! Have an amazing week :)
Love,
Elder Stuart
Oh and i wont be on next Monday, but on Saturday of this week for transfers. and could you advise everyone that they cant send me packages unless it is through Pablo*, because i had two that got here and they had to be sent back because i cant take them out. Thanks :)

Cipo!!!
This week was great! working with the members is so much better! This week we found a part member family and we are now teaching three of the kids in that family and the girlfriend/almost wife of one of the sons! It is awesome to see because the whole family came to church on Sunday and now we are just working on some things with them and we will be seeing another eternal family soon! Church was incredible! haha i felt like i was back in utah there where so many people! we had about 130 asistence and when i got up to give my testimony i was speechless. It is so much different than chos malal! I love them both, the both have there ups and downs, but that was so cool to see so many members in one place!
Miracle of the week: the hermanas in our ward called us and told us that they had a lesson planned with a man but their member that was going to go with them bailed, and they cant go alone, because he lives alone, so we got to go and teach him instead :) he has been coming to church for about a month and a half he loves everything but for some reason didnt want to be baptized yet. Mi and my comp didnt have anything planned, but we just followed the spirit and we asked questions and we were able to find out what was missing and help him, and we are now planning his baptism for this saturday :) it was such amiracle. it is amazing what happens when we follow the spirit, because at the same time the hermanas got to go to another investigator that really needed them in that moment. It is amazing to see that when we follow the spirit everything works out and the Lord knows what we need to do. Trust in him and he will direct thy paths :)
Great week! Love you all, and have a wonderful week!
Love,
Elder Stuart!

Hola todos!!!!
This week was a great week! We were able to keep finding new people to teach and work with some investigators that we have and help them start making their way to baptism....but im out of chos malal! :/ i am now headed to Cipolletti to be with Elder Mccook from Arizona! im so excited for this new change and this oportunity that i have to serve the people here. Please keep us in your prayers with this change we are going to make. :)
Not much happened this week, it was hard to leave Chos but i know that it is the will of the Lord. We were able to see the baptism of a woman named Karina, from the other Elders, so that was fun. Things are great and i am so excited for this next transfer and what we are going to see! Have a great week!

Baptism!
Great week!! Norma got baptized this week!!!! It was such a great experience because she has been waiting so long to be baptized (one year) and finally she was able to recieve the blessings that will come through this gospel :) It was amazing to see how happy she was when she came out of the water and then the next day when she got the gift of the Holy Ghost. It really makes everything worth it to see the change that this gospel makes in the life of others! I love this work!!
Things are going great here in Chos Malal!! We are now working on new people to find and prepare to be baptized and slowly but surely we are building up the group here! It is awesome to see the Lords hand in the work. We really are seeing miracles everyday and we are going to keep trying as hard as we can to be able to continue to be the instuments that the Lord needs!
From Elder Stuart's Mom: I mentioned to Ryan in my email that his story of the font overflowing made a lot of people smile! This was his response:
"hahah the pool was so funny! we got there and everyone was upset and i just told them to put a smile on, clean it up, and we will laugh in two hours after the baptism! haha she is going to get dunked anyway so it doesnt matter! it made a good story! ;) "

Faith and Miracles
Well.. i talked with you guys yesterday so not much to say! I loved seeing you guys and knowing that all is well :)
This week i learned a lot about the trial of our faith just like it is taught to us in Ether 12. We all know that miracles dont come until after the trial of our faith. simple rihgt? but not that simple when you are in the middle of the trial. Here in CHos Malal i have felt like i have tried even harder to be the best that i can be. And we havent really seen to much success, BUT here is the trial of our faith. Me and my comp tried to stay positive like always and work harder and give even more, and we recieved an even greater testimony of this principle that the miracles do come, once we have become what the Lord needs us to be in that moment. This week we were working with the mother in law of our group leader who is a leader in another church and for eight months missionaries have been trying to talk with her, but she just fights and tells us we are wrong. But this week it all changed we were able to ask her for just thirty seconds to talk, after that short time the spirit touched her heart and she just started to cry and told us she knew the church is true and she is just tscared to leave her church after being a leader for twenty years. She is going to be baptized this saturday :) It truly is an amazing concept that after the trial of faith comes the miracle. ¨THE MIRACLES WILL COME ONCE WE HAVE BECOME WHAT THE LORD NEEDS US TO BE IN THAT MOMENT. Always remember that and keep moving forward :)
I love you all and cant thank you enough for your support to me while i am in the service of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I know He lives and is here to bless us with miracles as long as we have faith in his name. Faith is an amazing concept that we should all study more! Ether 12 :) Love you all!
love,
Elder Stuart

Transfers
well.. another transfer and another change! I am staying here in Chos Malal!! But Elder Nielson is going to Neuquen, Progresso. It was a great transfer and we did a lot of great things and great memories, im going to miss it but i am excited for this new change and see what me and my new comp can do here in Chos!! Oh and Elder Barrios is coming to Chos malal with elder Juarez so that will be fun to see him again!
Things are great here in Chos! I love it here, the people are so nice, and it is way pretty, and the food is good! We have some pretty amazing investigators here as well and this transfer is going to be great with them. Roman is progressing well and we just have to work through some things and he will get baptized! He has such a desire to do it, and in some time we will see that baptism! Also we are planning a wedding for norma this week!!! She just has to recieve one more call from the city and we are good! Almost there! Keep her in your prayers please that she can get married this week and recieve the wonderful gift of being a member of this amazing church :) She really is so ready, she has such a strong testimony and we always feel the spirit so strong when we are with them. It is amazing how much being in the service of others can help you come to love them like Christ would. That is something that i, and all of us, should strive to do. Achieve the kind of Love and charity that our savior has for each and everyone of us.

Chos Malal!
This week was great here in Chos Malal! We are continuing to see the Lord work in marvelous ways. I love this work! This week we met a man named Roman, we met him on tuesday and talk with him a little about the Restoration. He loved it! We them went back a couple days later to see how he was doing and he was sitting outside reading the folleta!! It was so cool! He was really excited about it, because he said that he has been to a million churches and they all have ¨problems¨and he said he wanted to come to our church to see if it had problems as well. Hahah! And he came sunday!! After the meeting he said he loved it, and he would like to start learning more about it to see if it is something that he would like to join! It was a really cool miracles that we saw this week :) also Norma and Jessica are bothing getting their papers for marrige filled out with their ¨husbands¨and we plan to have their baptism in a couple of weeks! They are progressing well! Things are great here in Chos Malal :)
Funny thing this week.... but not so funny. We decided to do a Group activity saturday night for Easter, us misionarys got it all set up and everything, we should up at 630 when it started... and nobody was there. But we thought öh its ok, argentines are always late. Nope. not this time. Nobody came!!! It was so sad. But then one of the other elders investigadores walked past and we hurried and stopped her and had a lesson with her, so at least we got something out of it. haha!
Things are great! I love it here :) I hope you all have a great week! Love you all!
Love,
Elder Stuart

Chos malal!!!!!
Bueno. This week on my way to chos malal i thought that my comp was already there, but he ended up getting on the bus (which was 12 hours....) about half way through and he thought i was there. Turns out we were thrown into a white wash and nobody told us! We got to our area about two in the morning and only had a few notes from the Hermanas (yes we kicked out some hermanas and stole their pension ;)haha) We then looked through some of the area book real fast, and went to sleep with those names in our head. 4 hours later... haha we got to get up and get going! The zone leaders called us and gave us a challenge to have 21 lessons this week.... that is very difficult, even when you have investigators to teach. And we didnt! They told us to just try and teach people on their door step or get in for a short lesson. So we took the challenge to the Lord and asked for help. We started going, and holy cow the lord really answers prayers. The people here are so happy and nice, that we were able to start teaching people in their doorstep a quick little lesson. We got to Sunday night and it was 8:30, we had 20 lessons and thrity minutes. We had spent the last two hours looking for someone to teach but everyone was just rejecting us. We decided to say a quick prayer. We started walking down the street, and we saw this lady we had contacted the first day here, she was sitting outside alone, and called us over. we sat down, and she started to tell us that two people she knows had died this week (was that right english? haha) and so we were able to have an amazing quick lesson with her about the plan of salvation. She was so happy and said it really helped her. I can testify that the Lord answers our prayers and after we have done all we can do, we pray and ask for help and guidance, he will lead and guide us to were we need to go and what we need to do. Through the grace of our Savior we can see miracles. 2 Nephi 25:23, we know that it is through Christ that we can be saved and see miracles after we have done all that we can do. I love this work and I love my Savior so much.
Some interesting facts now!
We are in a group here in Chos, we have about 20 members... max.. and meet in a little rented place they have. Our leader de group has been a member for 6 months! haha he is such a Capo! He was able to recieve the Melchezidek preiesthood yesterday as well so that was really cool! This area is amazing, and i love it, and there are actually mountains!!!
Love you all. thanks for your support, and have a great week!!!
Love,
Elder Stuart

ME VOY!!!
Welll... Im outta here! Headed from Godoy to Chos Malal! I am so excited for this new oportunity that i have to serve the Lord in Chos Malal (it is in the north part of our mission, the very tip. I leave here at 1 in the afternoon and should get there about 11 at night! ) I am so excited!!! I am going to miss the people that i ahve met and grown to love here, but i am excited for the oportunity now to go help others come untio christ and grow myself.
Also Matias got Baptized!!!!! I am so happy that i was here to be apart of this change that he has made in his life! He went from a not so great kid to one of the best converts i have ever met. When he came out of the water he couldnt stop smiling and when we got out of the font he asked if he could go back in because he felt so good, so clean, and so free. It was AMAZING!!!! He also bore his testimony the next day in sacrament meeting! and it was such a powerful testimony! I am going to miss him.
Not much time today, but all is well. I love the mission. and i love my Savior. I love you all and hope you all have a great week!!!
Love,
Elder Stuart
