Neuquen & New Comp

This week was great!!! I got to go to Neuquen and get my new comp! His name is Elder Ortiz from Peru! I am so excited to be with a latino again! (no offence my gringo comps... i love you guys too!) but now my spanish can get better! We got back and we went right to work, and the first day Elder Ortiz got the taste of what a mission is like. It was down pour rain most of the day so we were soaked, and obviously the argentines are warm and toasty in their house and dont want to answer. But we were able to find some investigators that we could teach! We also were going back at the end of the night and decided to go to one more reference. They let us in and we were able to teach the whole family of 4! It was an amazing experience! I am so excited for this next transfer and i know i am going to grow a lot. I have been humbled so much and learned so much already. I love being in the service of the Lord!

Also at the beginning of the week while i was waiting form Ortiz to get here, i got to spend three days with Elder Juarez and Barrios in a trio! It was a lot of fun to be back with them and to all work together! I learned so much in that short time and we had a blast! Things are amazing here in Argentina, the Lord is hastening his work every day :) It is amazing to be a part of it. Transfers

well.. another transfer and another change! I am staying here in Chos Malal!! But Elder Nielson is going to Neuquen, Progresso. It was a great transfer and we did a lot of great things and great memories, im going to miss it but i am excited for this new change and see what me and my new comp can do here in Chos!! Oh and Elder Barrios is coming to Chos malal with elder Juarez so that will be fun to see him again!

Things are great here in Chos! I love it here, the people are so nice, and it is way pretty, and the food is good! We have some pretty amazing investigators here as well and this transfer is going to be great with them. Roman is progressing well and we just have to work through some things and he will get baptized! He has such a desire to do it, and in some time we will see that baptism! Also we are planning a wedding for norma this week!!! She just has to recieve one more call from the city and we are good! Almost there! Keep her in your prayers please that she can get married this week and recieve the wonderful gift of being a member of this amazing church :) She really is so ready, she has such a strong testimony and we always feel the spirit so strong when we are with them. It is amazing how much being in the service of others can help you come to love them like Christ would. That is something that i, and all of us, should strive to do. Achieve the kind of Love and charity that our savior has for each and everyone of us.

Things are going up here in Chos Malal. I love it. I love the mission. I am growing so close to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I know He lives and loves me and helps me along the way. I couldnt do this without him! I love this gospel!!! Please keep us in your prayers with this new change! Love you all! have a great week :)

Birthday!

Thank you all so much for all the birthday wishes and love and everything! I love you all so much! This week was so great :) We had 5 investigators come to church and three others that we havent taught yet but they showed up! It was such a miracle! We had a training with president this past week and we talked a lot about how we can get investigators to church. Me and my comp tried to apply what we learned and it is amazing what happens when you follow the advise of your leaders! Also Jessica our investigator that has to get married before baptism wanted to bless her baby, we got permission and we were able to do that for her this sunday! it was amazing!!! Such a great week :) also roman is progressing well, we have his baptism schedueled for this week, so keep that in your prayers please! Love you all! Short letter this week :) but all is well, and i am so happy!!!! :)

Conference!!!

General Conference!

This week was so good!!! General Conference is like the World Series for us here in the mission! It was so amazing to listen to the chosen servants of the Lord and to know that they really recieve revelation for everyone of us. And there was no better way to end it than with the talk with Elder Holland! It was so amazing!! They really do love us and want the best for us, and as we apply what the Holy Ghost taught us during the conference we will be able to feel more of their love and the love of our heavenly father. I know that he lives and loves us more than we know. Go watch Elder Hollands talk again! it was amazing!! :) This week was amazing, we got to teach some really great lessons, we had a really special lesson with an ïnvestigator eternal¨or she has been listening for years. We got talking about the priesthood and the authority that only our church has, and i was able to share my story with her on how the priesthood really saved my life in my accident. It was an amazing lesson, and it is amazing how our experiences give us the testimony to bless the lives of others. I love you all. This is a short one this week, but have a wonderful week!!(Elder Nielson loves you all)
